One Off Tenant Finding Service
£380 (no VAT charged)
This will involve us advertising the property to potential tenants, reviewing applicants, obtaining references and finding the right tenant for you and your property.
We will formulate the contract with the tenant and check their financial suitability.
We will ensure your property meets government regulation before its tenanted and possesses all the essential certificates and documents to be a rental property.
Property Maintenance
Price per project
Working with our landlords we can ensure that the properties you rent are well maintained.
Our 24 hour on call service can ensure that reactive maintenance issues are remedied as soon as possible.
Our in house maintenance team are highly trained and skilled, reducing the cost of using external contractors where we can.
We can also work with our landlords arranging planned and proactive maintenance work for your portfolio.
